According to the bylaws of the Dallas County Democratic Party, officers comprising the Executive Committee shall be elected by simple majority vote of those Central Committee members present at the April 17 meeting of the Dallas County Democrats. Officer candidates may be nominated from the floor. Officers need not be selected from the Central Committee membership but must be qualified voting members of the Democratic Party. The term of office is two years. The open officer positions are:  Chair, First Vice Chair, Second Vice Chair, Third Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. The County Party is growing! Our list of committed volunteers is getting bigger by the month. Please consider joining the Executive Committee and making a difference in Dallas County. Thank you.
