2. Dallas Center Grimes Middle School. 1400 Vine St., Dallas Center. Precincts included are Grant/Granger (GG), Grimes/Walnut (GWT), Lincoln/Washington/Linn (LWT) and Sugar Grove/Dallas Center (SGDC).

3. DeSoto Intermediate School. 317 Spruce St., DeSoto. Precincts included are Adams/Colfax, Adel 1-3, Adel Twp (AT), DeSoto, Union, Van Meter, Van Meter Twp (VM TWSp).

4. McCreary Community Building. 1800 Pattee St., Perry. Precincts included are Beaver/Des Moines (BD), Perry 1-3, and Spring Valley/Dallas (SVD).
